What does Mowuva sell?

Pokémon trading-card collectibles: single cards graded by PSA, CGC or BGS and sold in their original holders, factory-sealed promos and booster boxes, and a small range of posters. Every item in the catalogue is listed individually with its own photos.

Who assigns the grade?

The grading company, not Mowuva. PSA, CGC and BGS each examine a card, give it a numeric grade and seal it in a tamper-evident holder with a label. We list exactly what is printed on that label: grader, grade, card, set and language.

How can I verify a graded card?

Accepted Answer

Each holder carries a certification number on its label. Enter that number on the grading company’s own website and it returns the card, set and grade they recorded. The number is visible in the listing photos, and we will send extra photos of the label on request.

Is the photo the exact card I will receive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each listing is a single, specific item, and the photos show that item. If a listing is sold, it comes off the site rather than being replaced by a look-alike.

Is sealed product really factory sealed?

Anything we describe as sealed is in its original, unopened factory packaging. If packaging has been opened or resealed, we do not list it as sealed.

Do you sell raw (ungraded) single cards?

Not at the moment. Our single cards are all graded slabs. Ungraded product is limited to factory-sealed promos, booster boxes and posters.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes. Every price on the site is in USD. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and the total you see there is the total you pay.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods currently available are shown on the payment step of checkout. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by Mowuva.

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address. Creating an account lets you see past orders and saved addresses in one place.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as it has not been processed and shipped. Email or call us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders placed before our 2:00 PM cutoff are usually processed the same business day, so the sooner the better. After an order ships, you can request a return after delivery instead.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We work with approved retailers and B2B partners. Wholesale pricing is agreed individually, paid in full before shipment, and applies only to businesses reselling the product. See our Wholesale Policies page for who qualifies and how to apply.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are handled within 0–1 business day and then travel 1–2 business days in transit, so most parcels arrive within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

How is a graded card packed?

In protective packaging that keeps the holder from moving in transit, with padding around it. Sealed product is boxed with padding so the factory seal and corners arrive as they left us.

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to activate it. You can also enter your order number on our Track your order page, or see the status from your account.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and tracking number. For damage, photos of the packaging and the item help us resolve it faster. We work with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no cost to you.

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 90 days from the delivery date. Graded cards must still be in their original, intact holder with the label unaltered, and sealed product must remain factory-sealed. Contact us first with your order number and we will confirm eligibility and send the return address.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Accepted Answer

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, the return costs you nothing. For other returns, we will confirm the return method and who covers shipping when we send your instructions. Returns must travel by a trackable method either way.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

What if I received the wrong card?

Let us know as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its label. We will arrange the correct item, an exchange or a full refund at no additional cost.

Yes. Email us the product name or SKU from the listing and we will send extra photos of the holder, label and card edges before you order.

Is Mowuva affiliated with Pokémon or the grading companies?

Accepted Answer

No. Mowuva is an independent US retailer. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. PSA, CGC and Beckett are independent grading companies; we sell cards they have graded and have no other relationship with them.
