Who we work with, and how to apply.

Wholesale accounts are for businesses that resell. Every application is read by a person before it is approved.

Who can apply

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

  • Operate a physical retail store, with or without an online presence, or
  • Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base.

Selling on third-party marketplaces is not permitted unless approved by Mowuva in writing. Personal use of wholesale purchases is not allowed.

Application & approval process

All wholesale applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to:

  • Decline applications that are not in line with our brand,
  • Cancel an approved order if we determine there is a violation of these terms,
  • Require that resellers align with the values and standards of the Mowuva brand.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products in-store or online.
  • Promotional or volume orders from general customers do not qualify for wholesale pricing.
  • For quotes on large-quantity orders, please contact us directly.

Additional discounts

Wholesale pricing is agreed individually with each approved partner. Additional discounts are not available unless a promotional event is announced or a large-volume order is approved under a custom agreement. Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be cancelled.

Invoicing & payment terms

  • Invoices are available upon request and issued in USD.
  • Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.
  • We do not offer net payment terms at this time.
  • Payment must be approved before order processing begins.

Shipping information

  • Wholesale orders ship within the United States.
  • Shipping costs are confirmed per order based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Large orders, such as full cases of sealed product, may ship via freight carrier; delivery requirements are confirmed before shipment.

Fulfillment time

Once payment is received:

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day, with delivery in about 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Fulfillment time for large wholesale orders is confirmed per order.
  • You will be notified of any delays in advance.
  • Tracking information is sent by email once the order has shipped.

Bulk & B2B sales

Mowuva supports bulk orders, B2B partners, and distributors. Contact us to discuss custom arrangements or long-term supply agreements. If you purchased through a third-party partner, please follow their return process and contact their support first.

Damaged items

  • Every product is inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
  • Report any issues as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Email us with your order number, clear photos, and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns for wholesale orders

  • Wholesale returns are reviewed case by case.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when required.
  • Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable method.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
